Thank you for stopping by
to hear my story!
I’ve been drawn to birth for as long as I can remember. As a kid my favorite show was “A Baby Story” on TLC.
I earned my Master’s in Occupational Therapy and began my career supporting infants and families in the early postpartum period.
My path shifted after attending a family birth, leading me deeper into birth work and doula training.
I later supported hundreds of families worldwide as a Care Advocate with Maven, alongside Doulas, Midwives, and Lactation Consultants. These were my greatest mentors. I completed doula training in 2021 and began attending births soon after.
In 2023 and 2026, the births of my daughters deepened my understanding of birth, strength, and surrender.
Today, I serve as a Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator. I offer calm, steady, evidence-based support to growing families.

Choosing a Doula is incredibly personal. You want to find someone that you relate to, that makes you feel comfortable and safe, someone you can trust. I hope by learning more about me, we can spend our time together getting to know YOU!
A few of my favorites
Being a mom to my daughters is my favorite role in life
I’ve always loved animals and have been a proud dog and bunny mom over the years
My husband and I love to travel and we’re excited to share new places and experiences with our babies as they grow
I’m a big crafter at heart! I love to draw, knit, paint, and try anything creative. If there’s a crafting gadget, there’s a good chance I’ve tried it
In the fall, you’ll usually find me rewatching Gilmore Girls with a pumpkin spice in hand a little too early in the season
I also love to bake whenever I get the chance
