Thank you for stopping by

to hear my story!

I’ve been drawn to birth for as long as I can remember. As a kid my favorite show was “A Baby Story” on TLC.

I earned my Master’s in Occupational Therapy and began my career supporting infants and families in the early postpartum period.

My path shifted after attending a family birth, leading me deeper into birth work and doula training.

I later supported hundreds of families worldwide as a Care Advocate with Maven, alongside Doulas, Midwives, and Lactation Consultants. These were my greatest mentors. I completed doula training in 2021 and began attending births soon after.

In 2023 and 2026, the births of my daughters deepened my understanding of birth, strength, and surrender.

Today, I serve as a Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator. I offer calm, steady, evidence-based support to growing families.

  • Choosing a Doula is incredibly personal. You want to find someone that you relate to, that makes you feel comfortable and safe, someone you can trust. I hope by learning more about me, we can spend our time together getting to know YOU!

A few of my favorites

Being a mom to my daughters is my favorite role in life

I’ve always loved animals and have been a proud dog and bunny mom over the years

My husband and I love to travel and we’re excited to share new places and experiences with our babies as they grow

I’m a big crafter at heart! I love to draw, knit, paint, and try anything creative. If there’s a crafting gadget, there’s a good chance I’ve tried it

In the fall, you’ll usually find me rewatching Gilmore Girls with a pumpkin spice in hand a little too early in the season

I also love to bake whenever I get the chance

KIND WORDS

  • Having a doula meant support for myself and my partner as we navigated our first birth journey. Having Skye as our doula meant connecting with someone who was always on her game, having our space held in all the ways we needed, and having someone who was extremely diligent. We are so grateful to have someone who answered our questions when she could, and made active efforts to follow up with anything she may not have 100% had an answer to (as infrequently as that was), which spoke to her professionalism. She had a way of adding such personalized touches to every moment we worked together and made the laboring space exactly what I needed. My birth did not go as I planned, nor as I had wanted, but it was a birth that I was able to handle, cope with, mourn, and even still enjoy because of Skye’s doula support and guidance.

  • Skye was the absolute best person to have during the birth of my son. I feel so fortunate and lucky to have had the opportunity to have someone so supportive and understanding at such a vulnerable time!

    -Rifkey

  • I was blessed to have her to help me with a smooth delivery for my daughter, but even more blessed because I now have a lifelong friend, who I honestly consider my family.

    -Joie

  • We are forever grateful for her being by our side to bring our baby into this world.

    -Mackenzie

  • She was the biggest help for me during labor. I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without her support.

  • Thank you so much for taking the time to educate us. You have made us feel so much more prepared for this journey. We stayed up all night talking about everything you taught us. I now hold excitement in my heart instead of fear..you have no idea how much that means to me to feel empowered instead of frantically scared.

  • Throughout my birth experience, Skye was there every step of the way. She explained everything the doctors and nurses were talking about and was present with me for many hours, since I had a pretty long labor experience. My husband and I felt extremely supported throughout the whole experience with Skye by our side. She was also able to help us advocate, which was especially helpful so that my husband did not have to leave my side. Her knowledge was extremely helpful when handling so many different scenarios and situations that can change so quickly. From setting the room up with relaxing music and lighting, to even baking me my favorite snack to have after giving birth to my son, she truly went the extra mile. Having Skye as my doula was one of the best decisions my husband and I made throughout the pregnancy and birth, and I couldn't recommend her enough.

  • Thank you so much for everything you did. I was losing my strength every now and then but you kept me going.
